The University of Windsor is located at the crossroads of North America, 15 minutes from the start of Highway 401 or Michigan’s I-75, and facing one of Canada’s most beautiful waterfronts on the Detroit River. That location speaks to UWindsor’s great...

" Bad school in general "![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (1.8/10)
This is by far the worst school I've ever been to. They don't help you with anything, you spend about 300 dollars on the uwsa and get barely anything where as i payed 50 dollars a semester to the engineering society and had dinners once a month. Overall this school is horrible. The service is well below average no one at this school is good at all. I'm just overall thoroughly disappointed in this school |

" Let's go Lancers, A great place to learn and play" "![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (8/10)
I had a great experience at Windsor. I transferred to Windsor after completing a program at Lambton College. There were no problems getting transfer credits (due to an existing agreement) and it was a great fit. Windsor has great Campus Recreation programs, a nice new “Forge Fitness Centre” and a new Stadium with Fieldturf. I took classes in the Toldo Health Building (very nice) and the HK Building, (which was in need of some upgrades) …and low and behold the HK building is just completing a multi-million dollar renovation and addition with increase lab space!! As an HK grad (2006) and a sports minded athletic person, I would suggest this school to anyone! |

" A Great eduational University which Maclean's really knows nothing about! "![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (8.8/10)
China rates of Unversity of Windsor as the 4th best in Canada. I am not chinese, but their rating system only evaluates Sciences and Businesses, as they are the leading areas which are important in a global economy. Out of all Canadian universitiies this is a pretty good ranking. Perhaps MacLean's ratkng system needs a little updating... U of Windsor is worth the experience for anyone seeking a good education. |

" Not Happy "![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (5/10)
I'm in my 4th year & I can't say I am entirely happy with any factor the University has offered me. Instead of looking forward to graduation I'm actually dreading it because I don't feel like I've been prepared by my program or have acquired any "useful" knowledge for the real world. |

" Not the best university to go "![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (6.3/10)
I graduated from the computer science department at the university of windsor.
It is a very very multicultural university with students from all over the world and with lots of multicultural activities. There is a good chance you get to know lots people from all around the world. |
