It's a very cosy neighborhood. Great for living and also to wander around. Close to the shore. There's a LOT to do around. Cafes (including Gloria Jeans and Starbucks), all sorts of restaurants, beach, marina, bars. It's easy to get anywhere by public transportation passing by the neighborhood. Very close to Kadıköy which is one of the most central places in Asia side of Istanbul and where you can find anything.
