I've been with them for almost 4 years now, and I have to say, they have the best customer service I ever received period. Got 10 months left on contract, worked with them, they gave me 300 day, EW at 6pm, free incoming, ulimited texting, free telus to telus, caller ID, voicemail 10, call waiting, forwarding, conf. calling, $150 toward new phone, and $70 billing credit and all this on a 2 year contract for $17.30, so I took it. I don't think any other carriers can match that in Ontario. Never been disappointed with them, customer service is always there when you need them, which I always hold of them with in 5 min. of the call. Quality is network and phone dependent and both have been good for me. Billing has always been accurate, clear, and straightforward.
