I've been with Rogers now for over 3.5 years. Coverage is great, and you really notice a difference in voice quality with GSM calls vs. CDMA. My father, he's been with Rogers since back in the days of CANTEL AT&T. Never had a complaint, when he's asked for a new phone they've always given him one free of charge with no questions asked. Everyone talks about having these customer service nightmares, but I've never really had a bad experience with them. When it came time to renew my contract, they gave me an amazing deal that I took. However, they did make an error on my account (sh*t happens) and overcharged me for a few months, but a simple call in to CS got that fixed, and got me a credit for more than the overcharge was actually worth! People are convinced that wireless providers are out to screw them and thats hardly the case. People complain about contracts and customer service and this and that... sometimes I think just for the point of complaining. Be nice to CS, explain your concerns in a calm manner and they will work with you. |
