this bank is terrible!..i could not access my savings bank account online so i closed it last spring..i still had a visa but soon i could not access it either..they let me go over the maximum credit available and now they jacked up the interest rate and penalties..my point here is i could not access my account online so i did not know where i stood ..i travel alot so i cant go into the bank when im in the states or mexico to get this cronic probs fixed...calling them is a joke..if my card was simply declined i would not have had these extra fees/interest added on top of my balance..they could have just increased my credit limit also ..it was only 1500 over..i will never use a rbc visa again!

theres only one royal bank in windsor...i used to be a royal banker...pretty positive but i dont even remember if they have an ATM... :Z
